Yoga Walks are outdoor yoga classes that also include walking vigorously from station to station. They offer the opportunity to find your breath, stretch your body, and relax your mind. Classes generally start with a short warm-up walk, followed by a 10-minute yoga warm up. These are followed by 2-3 more walking segments and 2-3 additional yoga stations. Yoga poses are performed outside along or adjacent to the paths. The focus is on strengthening and balancing standing poses, using natural elements and park benches as props, when available.
